Fannie Mae in an attempt to move their foreclosures as quickly as possible are offering owner occupant buyers and investors an opportunity to purchase homes with minimal down payments.

Additional Incentive to Buy A Fannie Mae Home – Close by October 31 and you may qualify for 3.5% towards your closing costs. To meet the closing deadline it is highly recommended that you submit your offers no later than September 15th

  • Down payment (at least 3 percent) can be funded by your own savings; a gift; a grant; or a secured loan from a nonprofit organization, state or local government, or employer
